2010 – Wheel Loader Hull Design (LIEBHERR)

Together with then-Media-and-Interaction-Design student Angelika Kaltenbrunner, this exterior hull design for a LB566 wheel loader was produced and shown on display at the bauma Trade Fair for Construction Machinery 2010 in Munich. The design shows parts of the inner construction in a simplified x-ray view.

For creating the views that were placed on the outside of the loader, a CAD model was loaded into 3dsmax, simplified and rendered. The graphics were then distorted for achieving a better perspective fit.
